Glam Dance is an experience launched to promote a new product inside the range of Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl fragrances: Very Good Girl Glam.

This campaign is about female empowerment, celebration and glam vibes, made for people to enjoy dancing the song ‘’I’m every woman’’ by Chaka Khan to inspire and connect them to the campaign vibes.

The idea of having a dance experience was inspired by the popular TikTok trends as it’s destinied to the Gen Z.

For the choreo, the aim was to create glam movements and at the same time they needed to be very easy for users to learn the choreo at once. That’s why some static circles lighting up, supported by animated arrows to make it more intuitive. A good solution to guide users during the experience.

The objective was for users to learn an easy choreo, imitating glam movements from the campaign. If they are following well the lights up during the gameplay, they’ll activate the spark effects and a sticky glitter filter will increase in amount progressively thanks to a body tracking technology.

The idea of the visual effects comes from a key element in the campaign, sparks of fire, and a characteristic of this new product, which differentiates it from the rest of its range, the pink glitter.

SFX was also included to make it more immersive.

In addition to designing the user experience, the dance mechanics, etc, we designed the entire design system from the creation of the new buttons that are activated through body tracking to the creation of the game logo in Blender.
